You will generally receive your order within about 10 days. Please e-mail me first if the deadline is tight.

As most products are personalised and/or made to order, all UK orders are sent out by Royal Mail recorded delivery.

This allows parcels to be tracked if lost. They will therefore have to be signed for.

Uk 1st Class Recorded delivery is £4.60

UK 2nd Class Recorded delivery is £3.70

European & International shipping is charged as follows:

The shipping charged at checkout includes any duties or taxes payable that may arise upon your order entering the receiving country.

Returns

Unfortunately as the products are made to order and/or personalised, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
